Malas, often called prayer beads, are sets of beads on strand traditionally used for prayer and meditation. Every mala is made with a specific spiritualistic number of beads. Neck malas usually have 108 beads and each bead represents a prayer, mantra, or a deep spiritual breath taken. This specific mala is made with beautiful coral and turquoise dividers.
